I absolutely love this restaurant; it's one of my all-time favorite spots for sushi! What truly distinguishes it is the outstanding service from the waitstaff, who are always charming, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure a fantastic dining experience. And the food? It's simply amazing. Each dish is packed with fresh, delicious flavors that leave you craving more. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough!
It’s a very traditional sushi spot, the staff are very respectful and the food they bring out is high quality. A must have for people who like a more traditional authentic experience with Japanese food. Omakase available as well.
Spent $150 on a few pieces of sushi and 2 $14 5 oz) glasses of wine and 2 beers. Left to have a full meal elsewhere. This place is fine if you like simple rolls and no drinks or have an unlimited budget.
Chose this place from the internet. It was very good. Had many Sake choices. The sushi and sashimi were well prepared. I will return if I'm in the area again. I'm a visitor from the Inland Empire.
Noguchi is simply the best sushi spot in Yorba Linda and we are so lucky to have it. There are quite a few options around here and some are quite a bit cheaper but none have the quality that Noguchi has.Their fish is not only impeccably sourced but masterfully cut and presented. You can tell that the all the chefs are quite passionate about their trade and it really elevates the experience.Their dining room is quite casual and I feel comfortable coming dressed up for dinner or right off the tennis courts for lunch.
Sushi Noguchi, located unexpectedly in a strip mall in Yorba Linda, offers an unforgettable dining experience. Chef Hiro-san's Omakase is a culinary journey full of wonders, featuring dishes like Deep Fried Smelt with a sweet vinegar sauce and a Sushi Triolet showcasing Noguchi's special sushi presentations. While the service can be slow at times, the food is undeniably amazing. Patrons rave about the outstanding quality of the sushi, with favorites like bluefin toro, uni, scallop, and live shrimp. A must-visit for sushi enthusiasts looking for a top-notch dining experience.

I often get a suggestion where are the best sushi places that people have ever gone. Not surprisingly, it often led to a massive farewell. Don't worry, this one tip pays off like someone said I'm meeting Sushi Noguchi. Be warned. It's in Yorba Linda. This sushi location would be strangely not in any imagination plaza or any elevated place, but in a strip of shopping mall with a supermarket nearby. The only reason I would go on a hike to this suburb of Abgrund was that a few friends families have a meeting in their millions of dollars community that is far from the busy streets of the inner cities. Good thing, brand new houses are in the ships on this forgotten desert zone.
We arrived at an early dinner in Sushi Noguchi and the restaurant was about a third full. Inside the restaurant is very clean and modern, white is the predominant color with bright wood accents. After reading about the offers we decided to
I don't know how to expect anything less than fantastic when I go to Sushi Noguchi. Of course, this leads me to blow off my mouth and pull other people (or when they say they love sushi, but not yet, I accompany their first visit here). We recommended our friend Craig to come here and enjoy even dinner. It is always a treat at Sushi Noguchi, not only because everyone is so friendly and gracious, but also because the fresh fish itself is a gift. We started moving. Duc and I ordered a few dishes, but overall we shared a grandmakase. One of the great things about Omakase is the constant feeling of wonder and curiosity to see what the cook will offer. Chef Hiro-san is such a special craftsman of his craft that we simply enjoyed preparing him dishes (we sat at the bar) rather than seeing whether it was our plate or not. The starter was Deep Fried Smelt served with a sweet, vinegar sauce, easy something that could turn
That was really an eye and mouth opening experience for me. For the first time in my life, I discovered how real sushi/sashimi taste. Thank you. Julie, to show me the way. Thank you. Chef Hiro-san and Jun-chan, for creating the exquisite sushi I've ever had and for your hospitality! I know I'm trying again! You should. But skip me
...Sushi Triolet is three different kinds of Noguchi’s special presentation of sushi...salmon sushi topped with mango and jalapeno, red snapper with a lemon pepper, jalapeno, yuzu sauce, and Prosciutto Tuna which is a finely selected fresh tuna wrapped in thin slices of prosciutto with yuzu juice and olive oil.

The service was just average, and the food was quite disappointing. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 3.
Sushi Noguchi has a really good spicy salmon roll. My brother and I enjoy the food a lot! Friendly staff! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Came here for dinner on a Sunday. It was not busy, so our party of four got seated right away. We all got Hiros Omakase and everything was really good. Nothing really stood out to me today but the blue fin tuna and the otoro are always delicious. I'd come here more often but my wallet can't handle it...lol Price per person: $100+ Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Congratulations, you've discovered the best sushi restaurant in Southern California. I'm not joking. Sushi Noguchi offers an amazing dining experience with exceptionally fresh...
When you approach the restaurant, you'll notice they have a bottle of cleaner propping the door open. Inside, several of the tables in the dining area are being used for storage...
Given the price, you might expect it to be on par with Oshima, but it's not. The fish quality is better than average, although the portions are quite small.
