The total for an XL pizza was $47 before tip, which seems excessively high. When you break down the costs – the dough should be about $1-2, sauce around $1, cheese about $1, and toppings roughly $2-3, plus another $5 for labor and energy – it looks like the pizza should only cost $10-$15. Due to the driver's rude behavior, I chose not to leave a tip. If it weren't for his uniform, I might have reported him, as he did not seem professional.

Then went shopping at Costco only to realize we could have ordered FOUR extra large pizzas for the same price!At some point, prices have to come down. It was a Friday night at 5:30pm and the restaurant was empty. Unsustainable for the owner.I fear this location is about to permanently close just like the Brea location did after 40 years.

There are also rats, cockroaches, and all sorts of pests here that gets ignored through bribing the health inspector. Enjoy.
