Hey everyone, I wanted to share an update with you all. If you're okay with encountering aggressive and rude customer service that uses foul language, then Nando's at Gateway is the place for you. I had a negative experience with staff members Deeptika and another employee, who seemed to have an issue the moment I spoke with Deeptika. Just a heads up! View all feedback.

Food was okay but the actual restaurant was very dirty..6 tables were covered in dirty dishes for the whole hour we were there.Sink for washing your hands and surrounding area was filthy..

We came in and the place was pretty empty after waiting at the counter for 10 minutes watching staff walk past me as I waited to order and then I thought … you don’t deserve my money and left.

The service staff is super clumsy and unprofessional. keep them few people in line for more than 15 minutes.

Absolutely the worst Nando's in Australia, the burger roll was stale (it's literally called a soft white bun), the chicken inside was flattened into paper I could barely taste it. The guy behind the counter seemed to be new and was struggling with the register which was absolutely fine, but he kept asking other people for help and they weren't doing anything and just responded yep to him. One eventually came over when I stared at her. I have been to this place 3 time now because I love Nando's and it's worth giving them a chance but it's just no good. Read the other reviews to see what I mean.

Had trouble using the barcode for a pick up it didn’t work for our choices as it appears on the menus some items that I wanted to order did not work so we walked in to the restaurant and ordered in person it was faster and choices were available
