However, when I went to pick up my food, she informed me, "we don’t put cheese on hot dogs." I asked for an explanation, but she said she didn't know. I then requested to speak with the manager, who has assisted me in the past. After she went to talk to him, she returned and told me that he wouldn’t come to speak with me and repeated, "we just don’t do it." I was taken aback; I’ve never experienced a manager refusing to answer a simple question. Wanting cheese on a hotdog isn’t that unusual. While the food here is decent, it comes at high prices. Ultimately, the service matters most, and it seems this establishment does not value customer feedback or understand how it impacts their business.

My husband has tried the tacos from Ron's and really enjoyed them. The bottom of the bag was completely soaked in grease, so I haven't been brave enough to try any of their food aside from the ice cream. To my knowledge, this is the only place to get a twisty cone! There's really nothing quite like a 6-inch tall soft-serve ice cream cone that's half chocolate and half vanilla. So if greasy food isn't your thing, definitely go for the twisty cones!
