However, today was a different story. I ordered a strawberry frosted donut with sprinkles, a chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles, and a medium matcha latte. The woman who took my order carelessly placed the donuts in the bag with the frosting sides touching, then she just tossed the bag onto the counter in front of me. After waiting about three minutes for my matcha, I was handed a mocha iced coffee instead. When I pointed out the mistake, they insisted I was mistaken and refused to remake the drink. I was extremely frustrated and ended up ordering my matcha through DoorDash, but even that was poorly made. This is by far the worst Dunkin' in Woonsocket, and I've been to them all. I understand that working in customer service can be tough, but they don't seem to be making any effort! I'd much rather walk to Park Avenue than order from here again.
Victoria made my latte absolutely perfectly, which is a rare occurrence at other locations. Despite the high volume of customers, the team worked together seamlessly, allowing my daughter and me to be served quickly. The dining room and bathroom were also impeccably clean.
I ordered the Bagel Minis, but they were frozen on the inside. The strawberry frosted donuts are advertised with rainbow sprinkles, but they always come with chocolate sprinkles instead, which my son won't eat. Overall, the customer service was disappointing.
I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts and got a corn muffin that was hard I asked if I could have a fresh one instead of a day old and the manager said that they were just overcooked this muffin wasn’t over cooked it was at least two days old I got home and it was so hard I could bounce it off the floor this has happened to me too many times I am done giving them my money for hard old muffins
