Once again terrible service, went through the drive thru, ordered 10 piece bucket. Either the staff are illiterate or thick, we asked for them not to put too many leg pieces, low and behold even after reiterating this, we got home and the whole bucket had leg pieces. Terrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’ve read a majority of the reviews and there are more people complaining than enjoying. If the manager is reading this, I think you need to review and train your staff!!!!!! Last thought how embarrassing for KFC !!!!!!

Turned up in drive through and ordered 3 chicken pieces. Was informed they only had legs and thighs which when given to me was hardly anything at all. Obviously staff were aware this was not value for money but continued to serve 3 tiny pieces of chicken. Will not be returning to this store and most likely Kfc.

Very poor. My bucket was served in a bag with cold Fry's the Asian staff barely spoke English my cold Fry's were replaced with cold Fry's when I complained they just said sorry. Not good enoutgh. Contacted online just said sorry hope see u again. No way never use again KFC Wolverhampton centre

Ordered a dipping boneless feast sharing bucket, chicken was raw! Phoned kfc who requested I return it to store. Why would I drive out when I paid for delivery. Awful service

We went to the restaurant on Friday, July 2nd. After placing our order, we were instructed to find a table. Unfortunately, the first table we tried was dirty with grease and leftover food on both the table and the floor. We moved to the next available table, only to find it in the same unsanitary condition. We requested for the table to be cleaned, and after some delay, an assistant came over and wiped the table, inadvertently pushing the remnants onto the floor. We then retrieved our food from the counter and returned to our table, only to realize there were no utensils, salt, sauces, wipes, or napkins provided - possibly due to COVID restrictions. In summary, our overall experience was terrible.
