This does make sense since the preparation of very fresh food is time consuming and limits the number of customers that can be served. On the other hand it is sad since only a limited number of customers can subsequently enjoy the great Sushi.I simply like Sushi, I still order by pictures or pointing and have little or no clue about names of different kind of Sushi (this might be sad but in this case I prefer to eat over learning bits and pieces of Japanese). But I can say that between the many places I have eaten Sushi so far this comes in third (after one in Vienna and one in Frankfurt). Very friendly and quick service even for a Sushi restaurant, the aforementioned high quality sushi and a nice atmoshpere contribute to the overall very good impression. A staple during my visits to Wolfsburg!
