They receive frozen dough or pre-cooked, m... read more One can easily find a bakery in Germany. However, many bakeries in Germany no longer actually bake anything in house. They receive frozen dough or pre-cooked, mass produced bread. Das Brot is NOT one of these bakeries. As soon as you walk in the door, their high-standards and passion for baking are obvious. The bread here is fresh and delicious. They offer a wide range of breads and a menu for sandwiches and other small meals.
