The counter was filthy, cluttered with trash and used cups. The kitchen was equally disgusting, and the donut case and coffee machines were in complete disarray. It's quite concerning; it seems that management is not fulfilling their responsibilities.

I returned with... read more The woman who served me informed me that I couldn't bring my service dog into the store, and that was the first time I had seen her since then. I returned with my German Shepherd service dog, and she was quite unfriendly, making me feel uncomfortable. It seems like she has personal issues with me and is deliberately causing trouble.

An electronic signature option would be a nice addition too. I really love Casey's, but I hope we can embrace some modern updates!
