The restaurant in question seems to have mixed reviews, with some customers expressing disappointment in the food quality, service, and overall experience. Complaints included overpriced food, slow service, burnt steaks, rude treatment towards families with children, and lackluster offerings. Despite these negative reviews, there were also positive comments about the beautiful view, prompt service before a flight, excellent Caesar salad, and enjoyable dining experiences at Prato and Kilwins. The positive reviews highlighted delicious food, great selection, friendly staff, and special touches for birthdays. Overall, it appears that while some customers may have had less than stellar experiences, others found certain aspects of the restaurant to be enjoyable and worth revisiting.

I had a fantastic experience and the food was unbelievably delicious! The gnocchi special was outstanding!

I am writing this review with mixed feelings. My wife and I had a reservation and were initially placed at a high table, which was uncomfortable for my wife due to her recent knee replacement. I requested to be moved to a regular table, but after a wait, we were offered a table near the curb. We declined and stayed put. I inquired about the empty booths, only to be told they were not available. It seemed they were being saved for a larger party, despite one couple already seated in one. We brought this to the manager's attention, who apologized but did not make any effort to relocate us. Despite this seating issue, the dinner was enjoyable. We started with tasty meatballs for an appetizer, followed by three half-sized pasta dishes. The gnocchi was a standout, but the other two dishes were also delicious. We paired our meal with a glass of Pinot Grigio and two glasses of Barolo, which were all enjoyable. Our server was excellent and recommended the perfect pasta dishes. The food and service were top-notch, and our overall experience would have been five stars if not for the seating mishap. The management could benefit from prioritizing customer satisfaction over saving empty tables. I recommend being very specific about your seating preferences when making a reservation.

Brilliant menu, attentive wait staff. Our short legs meant we weren’t comfortable on the front tables and were gladly moved to somewhere more suitable. Meatballs are terrific, waiter explained the whole menu, excellent pizza. The butternut squash ravioli was a little short on butternut flavor and if I must be picky then if you’re going to write your menu in Italian then make sure the staff know how they are meant to be pronounced, else just write it in English. I’d welcome a chance to go back next time we’re in Orlando.

Walked in after a nearby restaurant didn’t have availability. My party of 5 was immediately sat down and our server Julio welcomed us right away, his service was exceptional. We ordered a pizza as our app and although the flavor was good it was too oily for my liking. I had the gnocchi pasta and there was nothing memorable about it other than the strong vinegar taste which was odd in a truffle butter pasta. My parents had the porchop which they were pleased with but again nothing memorable about the meal. Over all we enjoyed ourselves but the food was lackluster for what I expected. Wouldn’t come back simply because there was nothing on the menu worth coming back for in my opinion, but would recommend for others to try.
