I ordered a hot coffee, and the employee double checked if I wanted it hot. However, they brought me a coffee that was room temperature.
I ordered a cold brew but received an iced coffee instead. Please bring back the tip jar as well.
I ordered a toasted bagel, but it arrived cold and hard. The $5 signature latte was mostly cream and sugar. This place is terrible. I placed an order through the app for 2 bagels and 2 coffees, but it took 10 minutes and everything was awful. I would not recommend this place at all. Zero stars.
What's not to love
Waited for a long time, other people forced their way in front of us and the employees let them. Then they didn't even have what we ordered on mobile order, they should have marked the items out before hand.
