I ordered a hot coffee, and the employee double checked if I wanted it hot. However, they brought me a coffee that was room temperature.
I ordered a cold brew but received an iced coffee instead. Please bring back the tip jar as well.
I ordered a toasted bagel, but it arrived cold and hard. The $5 signature latte was mostly cream and sugar. This place is terrible. I placed an order through the app for 2 bagels and 2 coffees, but it took 10 minutes and everything was awful. I would not recommend this place at all. Zero stars.
