Feedback
Kai Ping restaurant has faced mixed reviews since the change in ownership. Some loyal customers have noticed a decline in portion sizes despite the quality remaining good. However, other diners have had disappointing experiences, with complaints of subpar food quality, hair in dishes, and a lack of customer service when issues arose. On the bright side, some customers continue to enjoy the delicious food and quick service from Kai Ping, making it their go-to spot for Chinese cuisine. Despite the divided opinions, Kai Ping serves as a reminder that consistency and customer satisfaction are vital in the restaurant industry.
Been going to this pick up restaurant for 17 years now. The new owner has actually done very well with the unchanged menu. Their food is one of the best. However, they continue to raise their prices and decrease the dish amounts. Raising the free delivery to $40 also. I’m finding less shrimp, chicken and meats in general in the dishes as well. The rice is now in smaller amounts too. If you want to raise your prices then at least keep the amounts you serve to how it was with the past owners. They were much more generous!!
This place has become seriously terrible. Before they changed owners they took pride in their food quality. I ordered cantonese chow main and deluxe won ton soup and received old soft vegetables and leather like pork in both the soup and the chow main. There were 3 small pieces of broccoli in a 15.00 bowl of mushy supposedly 'deluxe won ton soup. The vegetables were obviously boiled and not stir fried and the only seasoning was way too much salt. I asked for someone to call me to discuss and received no call, showing that they don 't care about the junk they are selling as 'food '. They will be out of business very soon as they care about nothing but overcharging for tiny portions and serving obviously left over gross food.
I used to order from here years ago and loved it, but the owners have changed and the quality and quantity of food has really gone downhill. I will not be back.
Very friendly service and delicious food! The serving size is good and they are customer oriented. It has become one of our regular places for take out.
WORST experience ever. Not sure if owners changed or what happened but i’m disgusted with the repulsive prices and attitudes that the people had with my family and i. Repulsive. My ENTIRE EXTENDED family has been ordering from Kai Ping for years and this will MOST DEFINITELY be the last…. Passing the message onto all, especially because of pricing.I no longer recommend this restaurant
