When we got home, we realized that... read more I went to the store to eat our sandwiches at home. I was ignored for at least 15 minutes, even though the store was not busy. When we got home, we realized that they had sent the wrong sandwiches with our order. The next day, I returned with the sandwiches, but was met by a rude employee at the drive-thru. They refused to help me without a receipt, despite the fact that we are regular customers who spend a lot of money there each week. I will not be returning to this location and will drive to Ark City or elsewhere for better service. The staff at this location seem indifferent to the customers and the service they provide. It is disappointing that upper management has not addressed this issue. This store used to have good help, but not anymore. Don't bother visiting the Winfield Subway, as even trying to call them results in the phone hanging up repeatedly with no answer.

Doesn't help when I drove there coupon in hand only to be told this owner won't take it.So I won't be back.

They use day-old bread to save on waste, and this Subway doesn’t accept any coupons at all, as clearly stated on the door. It’s the worst Subway in Marion County.
