We had asked for our meal to go while ordering, but the worker at the register started setting it up on a tray. I politely said ‘hey, can we please get this to go?’ and he responded quite loudly ‘well i clearly heard you say for here, but okay.’ Not very friendly or welcoming. View all feedback.

Wendy's just does not care anymore . The workers do not care if your order is correct and hot . I will only order a biggie bag now, so if it is wrong, I don't care as much . The managers there are worse than the employees . A restaurant is only as good as there manger .

So it's pretty obvious that at night the minute they can they shut down the soda machine, the frosty machine and make one last batch of fries and then call it a night. Then charge you even if you say you don't want a drink since the options were lemonade and water?. Also didn't get a receipt so I'll have to check what they actually charged me because what she said was wrong. Listen I get it, you wanna get stuff out of the way before actual closing ok but man I just wanted a meal after I got off work so don't take extra money from me. Wendy's doesn't need any of my money for free. Maybe don't go to this Wendy's late at night. At least the sandwich was hot even though they made it wrong.
Nighttime staff is a bunch of cowards.I showed up at 10:30 (four hours before close) and the store was somewhat busy.I ordered a triple burger with extra sauce. Nothing else and was given a regular chees burger. I drove back from home and showed them my receipt (13$ for that single triple burger with extra sauce) and somehow the chef didn’t believe it even though I had the burger she made and receipt both fully in tact. Finally, her coworker who I had told about the mistake convinced her that I was in fact not lying to her. Outrageous. I work service you just can’t make the assumption that a customer is playing games with you. Expecially with a valid receipt AND THE BURGER!!!! These guys make me a great burger but the night staff was unable to fix their mistake that I was plenty patient with. To be given the wrong item twice and to order only one thing means back of the house is seriously in need of more help.
