The first impression was quite okay. Our suite was not cleaned on arrival. 5 minutes later she was clean bathroom was dirty and only surface cleaned. Room was spacious with balcony. Wellnes Berreich was very good. But in the evening there was a wedding, the room was right opposite the hall. Desaster!!! Sleep should not be thought by 3:00 in the morning. There was no phone in the room, so we got something out and are at night until the reception. Nobody! In the morning we talked to other hotel guests. They complained about extreme noise 3x at night. No reaction. We expected more from a 4 star hotel and are unfortunately very disappointed. I wanted to take a voucher for a couple, but we don't want to hurt our friends. There can be no speech of recovery.
