I was so excited to purchase and eat my app sampler! When I arrived home I very excitedly opened my brown paper bag and red container holding the goodness. My joy quickly turned into anger and disappointment. I wanted mozzarella sticks, chicken bites, and mac cheese bites, but I was given only mozzarella sticks and Wisconsin bites. I warned you all when you get to your car, make sure you received what you wanted, or you might face the same thing I did. This happened yesterday.

Customer service is hit miss daylight staff is amazing late night early morning staff makr food not so much. When I order food I expect everything to be on it. If I ask for ketchup and mayo I want KETCHUP AND MAYO I don't want it to look like you wiped up the counter with my bun. If I order lettuce don't give me a lettuce sandwich.
They made me stand there for 10 minutes to me there hor drink stand was down. The lady at the front counter didt want me to give me a refund. My fiance will be calling their main office.
It is ALWAYS super busy ... They need more workers especially on the weekends they get swamped
