11-5-32 very unfortunate with employment and laziness of the workers. we checked on the website and found that the load was opened up to 9 o'clock. 8:35 for dinner after a long day in the ballpark. when we got into the load, were greeted by a worker who went behind the wall with earphones in her head and her phone in the hand. she tells us that the load is closed, although the lights were all on, that was eating in the garbage, and the door was unlocked.
It was Monday August 14th I went to the subway in my neighborhood and I ordered a tuna sub. There were three employees the,re two women and one man who looks very young and was a little nervous like it was his birthday on the job. they left him alone tomake my stuff and he was having trouble putting it together it wasn't put together in the usual fashion one would expect a subwhen you order it it was kind of slapped together he stopped his stuff in there and kept falling out of the roll when he went toroll it up it all came out some of it went on the counter. when the two women came out and he asked him for help initially theyignored him until I asked one of them to help him she grabs the stuff slaps it on the counter more stuff comes out all over thecounter and attempt to stuff it in she says I can't do this fix it up and flips it over to the other woman who attempts to stuffit again all right picking stuff up off the counter because a lot of it came off the paper. When I told him that that wasn'tacceptable and I wanted a correctly made sub
10/14/22. two of three commanded were completely confused and had to go back to renew them. workers gave speeches and tried to get out of their mistakes. it is sad that we must now stand over the person who makes our food to ensure that it will be even close to what we pay for good money.
This location literally runs out of things way to much. Better management is needed.

Tonight marks about the 5th time I have come to get a sub and the store has been closed prior to the posted closing time. Today I pulled up at 8:29pm and lights were already off. Online it says this store does not close until 9pm.
