Chipotle Mexican Grill - Willoughby

I cannot say it enough. This Chipotle is so awful.It never use to be this bad years ago but it's just gone downhill. The staff is very rude and I mean VERY rude,they always run out of things which makes the wait longer,and they have this habit of messing up orders. I'm shocked this Chipotle hasn't shut down a long time ago and it honestly should and make room for a better food business. Please avoid this place even if you are impatiently hungry,trust me. Its better to get Coco Locos or Condado.Not worth it at all.

They always don't take cash so be ready to use your card.

It doesn’t pay to order online; at least 5 walk-ups have been served while I’ve been standing in a mobile order pickup line. The order confirmation said 4:40PM. I got here at 4:45PM and they said it had not been started. It’s 5:55PM and still no sign of anyone’s order on the shelves. At least I have time to write this review. …Order finally emerged from the kitchen at 5:05PM. It’s Cocos Locos next time.
