I had an amazing experience here this morning. The line was kind of long, and there were two girls working. Well the car in front of me was taking quite a while, and one of the girls bundled up (it 's -20° outside!!! and came to my window to take my order while the other girl helped the car ahead. When I pulled up the window to grab my drink that was already made (SO convenient! she handed it to me and asked if I wanted to try it first. It was just a simple zinger but the effort of ensuring customer satisfaction was INCREDIBLE! The drinks are a bit more pricey than other coffee shops, but for that service I would gladly paid the few extra cents. nFrom a very happy customer. :

Pretty disappointing. Went there and sat waiting for service while the two people inside blatantly ignored me. Ended up just driving away empty handed. Clearly can’t comment on the food and drink quality.
