Granny's Kitchen - Ajo
Granny's Kitchen
Description
Tucked off the beaten path, this family-style Mexican kitchen is a popular breakfast stop known for home-cooked classics—chilaquiles, chorizo, French toast and memorable iced tea—served in a clean, chicken‑decorated, cozy space with ample parking. Food and service are inconsistent: some patrons praise lovingly prepared plates and friendly servers, while others report slow or surly service, phone-order issues, unexpected extra charges and limited customization. Best for travelers and families seeking hearty, authentic morning fare, but expect bustle and variability.

This was such a golden nugget to find on way back from.Rocky Point ! DELICIOUS !
Coming back from Rocky Point this place has incredible food. Amazing breakfast and friendly staff. Low prices too. Definitely have to stop here for food.
The Huevos Rancheros was delicious. The pancakes were kind of generic, but still pretty good. It's about the only place in Why though so it's probably the best breakfast you'll find around. I've heard their lunch is pretty good, too!
