The... read more I always have loved visiting Weston, and Tin Kitchen is my food choice while I'm in town. My go to entree is the pulled pork sandwich with fries as my side. The pork is juicy, tender, and flavorful. The serving size is more than enough to fill a hungry stomach and to have a little bit of food to enjoy later on! I would also recommend trying out any of their cocktails, which is always a great way to end off a meal. My personal favorites to drink would be the TK margarita or the TK **** Mary! Make sure to make Tin Kitchen a priority next time you're in town!

Brisket... read more Been here many times before and it's always been consistently good. Per usual we were greeted with a smile and a friendly face on a Saturday afternoon. Brisket was tender and tasted excellent. For sides we had coleslaw, baked beans, and a side salad. Coleslaw was light and refreshing, salad generous proportions with house made dressing. But let's no forget the star of the show; a basket of fresh cut fries that would feed a family of four. Can I say yummy? They offer three different sauces; sweet, original and pepper. Try it out. Full bar service too!

Visiting from Texas, we believe we are the experts in brisket.....We did invent the cow of course! Pork andbrisket were excellent, tender and not overly complicated with 20 ingredient rubs. It is unusual to find great meats accompaniedby great sides but we were impressed with the 24 hr slaw, fries and Mac&cheese. Everyone said 2 thumbs up! P.S. August was adelight! She is what makes a place a success.

Its great... read more My first Kansas City style BBQ. I had the PP&BR (Pulled Pork and Brisket), and it was excellent. The brisket was very moist and tender but not fatty. Its great smoked flavor was complimented by their three flavors of BBQ sauce. Original, Sweat, andPePe12 that has a slight spice to it. Their service is excellent and my group had a great time!
