The food was AMAZING with a perfect flavor combo with the Summer Salad and the orange dressing. Add to that the blackened salmon with the coconut dressing/sauce; it was a melt in your mouth experience. Easily the best pieceof Salmon I 've had in years! I 'd like to take time and recognize chefs Scott and Tom. They deserve some serious respect forcrafting that meal!!! We were greeted by Leah, and she was everything you 'd want in a first impression at your restaurant. Shewas courteous, and sincere, and she gave us clear instructions and expectations. Our server, Carter, was funny, kind, andgenuinely interested in making sure we had the best food choices, and she took extra care to make sure my wife had a deliciousmeal that was safe for her. We ate outside on the patio with our dog. Yes, they are dog-friendly outside, and we enjoyed abeautiful evening together with delicious food and great service. We will definitely be back! To the owners of Field Brewing,please take some time and recognize and honor the people in this review. They were delivering a superb level of service with agenuine heart. In talks with Carter, we jokingly thought that free meals, extra time off, paid vacations, and Huge raisesounded like a good start. : In all seriousness, thank you for a great meal and for putting together such a great crew tocreate and serve it.
