It's conveniently located in the town center, and the menu is straightforward, making ordering a breeze. I eagerly anticipate dining at this place with my family. My son is a big fan of this fast food chain, and we consistently choose it over other options in the neighborhood.

Ended up with mustard after saying no mustard and ketchup. Other meal was a bacon cheese burger and again no bacon. Thanks for getting both wrong.

Unfortunately, she was rude and dismissive, and when I refused the $100 they offered as compensation, she resorted to victim-blaming. It's disappointing that she is from corporate in Ohio, and I believe she should also be let go. UPDATE: The manager has been suspended while an investigation takes place. Any reputable company would have reviewed the footage and terminated him by now. It seems Wendy's is willing to employ individuals who pose a liability. My experience began when I mistakenly ordered a crispy chicken sandwich that arrived without chicken. When I went to the store to resolve the issue, the manager—who appeared to be impaired—began to berate me. After I decided to dismiss the situation and pushed the empty bun off the counter, he threw it back at me and threatened to fight me. He even followed me outside, trying to provoke a confrontation. This behavior is completely unacceptable in any establishment, and his actions constitute assault. He should be fired immediately!
