I tried Chipotle for the first time and I was disappointed. The staff lacked customer service skills. The burrito was tough and not easy to eat. The steak was overcooked and not worth the price. They had run out of white rice and the alternative rice was too hard and had a strong lime flavor. I have no plans to return to this restaurant. View all feedback.

The food is outstanding and so is the service!
