You know when you meet someone and they just have such a good vibe and you just feel like you just met such a good human being. That's how I felt today, when I walked in to pick up my order. What Branden C doesn't like about Donatos Pizza:
They delivered my order to the wrong house when I called them and asked where my order was cuz it was well passed when it was suppose to arrive. And they said they already remade my order and it was on it's way, it didn't arrive until about 20-30 minutes later. The food at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered a 10-piece wing and only received 5. I asked for ranch and blue cheese but did not receive either. My food was rushed and my daughter's pizza had mushrooms on it, even though she does not eat mushrooms. Additionally, I requested ham on my pizza but did not receive it. This location is awful.

I always enjoy picking up takeout from this restaurant. It's consistently good.
The pizza met my expectations and was ready on time. The restaurant offers sufficient free parking but does not have indoor dining. It is wheelchair accessible.
Ordered at 2:40, was told it would be delivered by 3:30. Called at 4 to find out the status and got disconnected 3 times. Finally they put me on hold and still sitting on hold after 20 mins and no pizza!
