Satisfied lunch . nothing special with quite reasonable service. not somewhere to rush back, but fulfills a necessity.

We enjoyed a nice lunch here on Friday. a family comes together with three adult and two children. the menu was great: there is something for everyone and a good selection of meals on the children's menu. service was excellent and the food was really. well recommended the ham salad with new kartoffels, and the cheese omelette is something special! sad no room for the desert, but the cakes looked great and the eaton chaos sounded divine! we will definitely return. thanks to the whole team.

I took my 2 young children (age 1 3) and my parents for the first time since the closure and we sat in the outside sitting area. I called earlier to book, so was a table reserved for us with 2nd high chairs for my children. the waitress informed us that everything had been cleaned and disinfected, even the pens we received to deliver our contact data for the track and track. eating was nice and excellent value for money. luxford also participates in the food out to help the scheme so that everything was 50% discount! the children were happy as they were given a selection of crayons and a coloring in the menu! we enjoyed our visit, it was child-friendly and we felt very safe and would definitely recommend and return to others.

The restaurant has been renovated, but the service and prices are not up to par. We waited a long time for our order, even though there were very few other customers in the restaurant. The service ended up being slow and seemed intentional to push customers towards table service. When our food finally arrived, we found that the price for a small breakfast was excessive considering the small portions we received - just a small portion of speck, a small sausage, a small hash brown, and a small roll (without any butter provided). My wife ordered tea cake with her toast, but we had to track down our tea cups ourselves. Another customer at a nearby table became frustrated with the wait and left. It seems like the restaurant needs to improve its management and train its staff better.

Last week, we stopped by for coffee. The coffee was decent, but the waitress seemed disinterested. In Uckfield, there are many coffee shops that appreciate their customers, but it seems this particular waitress does not take her job seriously enough to provide a welcoming atmosphere. I will be exploring other options for my future visits.
