I was the only car in the drive-thru at 9 PM and ended up waiting 15 minutes after paying. The employees were dressed in sweatpants and stocking hats, and some were even talking on the phone. The food was sitting out, and toppings were being taken from the Olay cups. Every time I go there, they forget at least one item. When we finally got our food, it was cold, messy, and soggy. To top it off, there were employees' friends hanging out in the kitchen. I definitely won't be returning. I don't recommend it at all; 0/10.

The menu offers a wide variety of options, making it easy to choose. The staff was polite, and the food was excellent.

The taco meat tasted different fr... read more I’m not sure why it takes so long at this Waverly location. I waited for over 10 minutes, and by the time I left, it was 5:35. The taco meat tasted different from what I’ve always had at Taco John's—it's thicker than usual, and I personally didn't like it, though maybe others will. On top of that, I spent another 10 minutes in line after placing my order. There was no one ahead of me, and I can’t believe I was stuck in the drive-thru for 15 minutes overall. My food ended up being cold and just didn’t hit the spot. It’s frustrating because this slow service has been an issue for a while, but today was particularly unacceptable, especially with the change in food quality. I only ordered a six-pack and a pound, but it felt like a waste of time.
