Terrible experience, from the moment we were seated till we left. For anyone's who been to Switzerland, you'd know the tap water is probably the best tasting in the world. It'd be something I'd be proud of, but you wouldn't think so at this place, where our server (Justina) scoffed and gave us a disgusted look when we chose that over the obviously overpriced other options. This was an ominous start, and set the tone for the rest of the night. Our server forgot to come back to take our orders, resulting in another server, who took our order only after taking a few others from other patrons who were seated a good 15 minutes after we were. We ordered, and waited. And waited. And waited some more. When we asked the server about our food, he proceed to give us a crash course on the sequencing of starters preceding mains, as if this was a mind-boggling revelation. Our concern was the timeliness of everything, and we weren't so much with a condescending lecture on the processes of a kitchen. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, this defensive line continued, ruining our appetites and evenings. As a bonus, this same server (Evans) decided to come by and gloat about how he was right that our food would be out in the next 5 minutes, as if he'd done us a huge favor and like he deserved praise. Obviously my sarcasm flew right over his head, and landed squarely in this review. I leave you with a photo of my girlfriend's 39 CHF (40 USD) dish.
