As we follow a whole food plant-based diet, we decided to order the Spinach Mushroom creamy garlic Carbonara Fettucine without any oil. However, when we requested this, the chef seemed annoyed and questioned how he could cook mushrooms without oil. The dish we received was disappointing - a bowl of pasta with only 2 spinach leaves and a few very thin slices of mushroom. There were no herbs or spices, no creamy sauce as promised, just a light coating of tomato sauce. We would have been fine if they had informed us that only tomato sauce was available instead of soy-based sauce, but the attitude of the chef was off-putting. Despite being hungry, my friend couldn't even finish her meal. We felt that we should not have been charged for such a subpar dish, but we chose not to cause a scene. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.

We decided to try the Spinach Mushroom creamy garlic Carbonara fatucine, requesting it without oil. The cook seemed annoyed by our request, questioning how he could cook the mushrooms without oil. When the dish arrived, it was a disappointing bowl of plain pasta with minimal spinach and mushrooms, lacking any herbs or spices and devoid of the promised creamy sauce. It seemed as though they were unable to accommodate our request for a soy-based sauce and instead served it with a plain tomato sauce. The boss appeared visibly upset. While I managed to eat mine, my friend left hers untouched. We regretted paying for this unsatisfactory meal but did not want to cause a scene. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
