Chili's Grill - Wareham

My sister and I had a really awesome experience with Solemar on our birthdays! Not only was she super sweet, she was very attentive but patient, and sung happy birthday to us! She made it a really great night for us. We were so grateful!

My son's chicken was served raw, and all I received was an apology. What if he had eaten it before I noticed? The service was a bit slow, but the server was very friendly. I'm appalled that they would send out chicken that was clearly undercooked! I'm very disappointed. The manager also offered an apology, but that was it. They could have at least waived the meal.

We ordered take-out online and, while on our way, called the restaurant to see if we could dine in instead. To our surprise, we were put on hold and then told "No." What?! Because we used the app, we can’t eat in your restaurant? The prices and menu are the same, and someone would have received a larger tip if we had dined in. I guess they just didn’t want to deal with our reaction to the brown lettuce they try to pass off as salad. Great management skills there! The food was cold when it arrived, and it gave me heartburn.

Our server was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She checked on us two or three times and always encouraged us to relax and enjoy our meal. She had a wonderful personality, and I just wish I could remember her name. I do recall that her son loves hockey! As a restaurant manager myself, I would definitely "steal" her if I could!
