We got the fixed course menu and pairing to celebrate ascending Roy's Peak. The staff were cool, friendly, and knowledgeable. They gave fine dining an approachable feel. I kind of wanted to hang out there all night. Oh yeah the food was delicious and interesting. Considering what we ordered (lots of food and drinks) the price was reasonable too. I highly recommend if you are in the magical town of Wānaka. Service: Dine in
From the food to the service to the atmosphere, Kika provides you with a full culinary experience that I thought was reserved only for the upmarket areas of a big city. Wanaka is truly blessed to have a restaurant of this calibre in such a small town. Do yourself a favour and if you're staying here make sure you go to Kika. It's as magnificent as that bloody tree. The service was above and beyond common courtesy and at the level of truly nice and kind people wanting to host and provide the best quality food and hospitality.
