Taco Bell - Walsenburg

Rude workers and wrong orders, but will insult you and argue with you if you ask for your actual order on your receipt.

The employee's didn't speak the best English but the food was ok for a quick stop. What was absolutely gross were the bathroom. I don't know what the men's room was like but the ladies room was covered with towels all over the floor, it smelled like stale urine and seemed to had not been cleaned in who knows how long.

Not even a real taco bell nor does it have the regular deals taco bell has and isn't even listed on the app. The guy taken our order was rude also.

When we arrived here all sidewalks were iced over with no salt. Stopped here to eat and needed to use the restroom. No toilet paper in either stalls, no soap in the dispenser (which was broken and seemed to have not been used in quite some time)had to get them from the men’s restroom. The dryer for hands was broken. When we let the hostess know she argued that we used it wrong. Judging by the lack of personal hygiene we didn’t want to eat there. The hostess then yelled thanks for using our restrooms that are for customers only, which we had every intention of eating there had she not been rude and gross. If this is your employee you may want to have a discussion on customer service and personal hygiene. Do better Taco Bell because that was the absolute worst location I’ve ever been to.

This place is absolutely filthy. You can tell the team here does not care about their work or workplace. Don’t go here. Taco Bell/kfc do better and having your employees clean your
