The pizza is really tasty, a little missing here and there but otherwise really good that's why two stars. This year we decided to hold our Christmas dinner in a cozy setting in our company and have dieci Pizza deliver to us a huge mistake! Although our employee personally went to Dieci's on Wednesday evening with the entire order list to ensure that everything went smoothly, our Christmas dinner yesterday was a disaster. The scheduled time slot for delivery was 1:30 1:45 p.m. We all waited until 1:55 p.m. when our employee asked by phone that the courier would be with us in two minutes. People slowly became impatient, so I called Dieci myself at 2:10 p.m. and was again assured that the courier would be there shortly because he had initially gone to the wrong address. Our pizzas finally arrived at 2:20 p.m. cold, soggy, some not as ordered delivered by a courier who spoke neither German nor Italian. Absolutely unworthy and useless for a company's end to the year the 100 francs on the bill don't help either. We definitely couldn't have had a worse experience the pizzas were otherwise ok, but the service was subpar...!
