It is difficult to get an exact order. As if these are robots that serve us. Cold staff, long face, sighs and no manner of customer service. I find it a shame that the majority of staff are like that. The owner should review the basic service of his employees. Me being a good tipper in the majority of Tims being served like that makes me not want to leave a tip. An extra iced tim and serves me a hot coffee on ice arriving to take the drink with no ice in it. Already melted. Not forgetting also who often doesn't have what we ask for on the menu.Updated as of 14-11-2023This Saturday, November 11, 2023. Congratulations to haroum for its excellent customer service.
