Unsmiling staff. It is difficult to get an exact order. As if these are robots that serve us. Cold staff, long face, sighs and no manner of customer service. I find it a shame that the majority of staff are like that. The owner should review the basic service of his employees. Me being a good tipper in the majority of Tims being served like that makes me not want to leave a tip. An extra iced tim and serves me a hot coffee on ice arriving to take the drink with no ice in it. Already melted. Not forgetting also who often doesn't have what we ask for on the menu.Updated as of 14-11-2023This Saturday, November 11, 2023. Congratulations to haroum for its excellent customer service. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Tim Hortons. I ordered coffee and a hash brown online, but ended up waiting on-site for 30 minutes! They didn’t include the hash brown, sent the wrong coffee, and the communication was incredibly disrespectful.

It's frustrating that you're no longer open 24 hours, but what's even worse is the terrible service. The staff lacks basic customer service skills—there were no smiles or greetings, just blank stares until I ordered. Even with four people working, it still took over 30 minutes to serve eight customers, all of whom ordered coffee and donuts—nothing complicated. The staff moved at a snail's pace, looking almost lost. I work in a restaurant too, and I understand how challenging it can be to find good help, but we managed to hire competent staff; why can't you? To top it off, my coffee was cold!
