I suspect that the cooking pr... read more We placed an order on February 7 at Ginza Touch on Builders 2b. Extremely dissatisfied with the appearance and taste of the rolls. I suspect that the cooking process was not done properly, as the suzuran looks unappetizing and not light as it used to. I don't understand why they decided to skip the good slicing at an angle when it's on their menu. For the price, they could have done better. Instead, what was brought home was simply a solid piece. The yasai maki cake had unevenly rolled rice, one piece had chicken, the other did not. There were salad bits sticking out and unsightly cheese towers. In the Philadelphia roll, there were either bones from the fin or the chefs simply don't know how to properly fillet eel, which was unpleasant. In all the rolls, the rice was falling apart.
