Salvatore's Old Fashioned Pizzeria

I ordered a pizza for my son and wings. it took over an hour for delivery and when the order came the pizza was ice cold. I called and spoke to the Manager and he said he would sent another pizza back out. the pizza came an hour and 15 minutes later and the pizza was colder than the first one. very disappointed in this one. I will Never order from them again and do not recommend them. horrible service.

Terrible customer service. the male on the phone was rude and could basically have cared less about me as a customer. My pizza was burnt and not cut and after calling and complaining I was told they'd give me a credit for a free pizza. one week later when I called to order the pizza I was told would be complimentary, I was told they had no record of it. after searching through my email for the order number, the guy said the best they could do was 15% off. Do better

I order from salvatores frequently. This location lacks in customer services . I have stood there for over 5 minutes and still not been greeted the last 2xs I have gone there. They just look at you and keep doing what they are doing. (Not with a customer) would be nice to be acknowledged , just a simple we will be with you shorty would be nice. I order 10 boneless wings and a large pizza. The pizza was okay. The boneless wings.....they were smaller than a new born baby's hand. Paid way too much for subpar food.

Pizza was alright and I ordered country sweet boneless wings on the side and probably some of the worst in Rochester. Workers were very pleasant. The place could use a remodel.
