Let's just start with the food. We both got pizzas, which were good. The service on the other hand was not something to speak of, the staff was not attentive at all. When we finally got to ask for a check, we were presented with one that had a charge for €2.50 for each person (a cover charge, or for the bread we did not order, who knows..) , and when the waiter put it down, he actually said "this does not include tip". Tip for what? No service and a hidden cover charge amounting to 10-15% of the bill? Even though the food was good, we would not recommend it due to the rudeness of the staff
Stumbled upon it and it was a good find! Sat outside, good service and the pizza sticks as an appetizer were delicious. We had pasta dishes which were very good and the pizzas going by looked delicious too.
We were walking through the area on the way to the Staatsopernmuseum and stopped by for a late lunch as the menu looked good. We had a pizza and a pasta dish. The food was quick to come out and tasted better than expected. Service was good. Our server was Marcel and he spoke excellent english. The price point was on par for the other meals we had in the area.
Nice and delicious starter, but the main dish (pasta) was only of average quality. Modern and charming interior design.
Two friends and I stumbled upon Primi by chance on our last day in Vienna and we are so glad we did! As soon as we walked in, the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The décor was very lovely, modern with rustic touches. Our server, Marcel, was extremely gracious and polite making sure we had enough water, ice, and wine throughout our meal. The food was fantastic! Highly recommend the bruschetta. If we had been in Vienna longer we definitely would have returned to Primi!
