Juniper Kitchen And - Vancouver
Juniper Kitchen And
Description
Juniper, located in Chinatown, offers a unique experience with a focus on hand-crafted cocktails, with a strong emphasis on gin and tonics. The atmosphere is trendy and modern, with a great selection of cocktails that are well-crafted and original. The dishes are tasty and well-presented, although on the smaller side and on the pricier end. The service is attentive and friendly, making it a great spot for after-work drinks, a night out with friends, or even a date. Overall, Juniper is a must-visit for gin lovers and those looking for a unique cocktail experience in Vancouver.

Good cocktails, tasty food and friendly servers! The restaurant is nice and clean. Really pleasant place to visit again.
The local, in the heart of chinatown and in a decisive contrast to the style of others, is a restaurant but it is actually a rather trendy bar and frequented by young customers. great list of cocktails that are definitely the strong point of the place, good but not exceptional choice of beers, only one barber cider and not even so tasty. Avoid food, the menu features original options but in portions from aperitifs but with starry restaurant prices. $30 for a cutting board with three tastes of cheese and two salami, good but definitely too expensive, things that normally in an aperitif bring you included in the price. I still recommend a stop for a drink. the prices are on average vancouver, about 20 euros for a cocktail, 10 for a bottled beer
While waiting to get in next door, Bao Bei, we ventured into Juniper. Ah yes, satisfaction guaranteed. From the seating to the check, their service was the best we found in Vancouver. And the cocktails, snacks and mood elevated our entire evening. Start here!
One of my favorite places for drinks and this is one of the best places to try a variety of gin and tonics. My favorite is the Watchdog G&T (it's light and fruity . I've also tried the Juniper G&T and the Bear Paw G&T, both are also great but not as fruity as the Watchdog. Bear Paw has a lot of ice with it, which I'm not a huge fan. Overall, you can't go wrong with a bar that uses Fever Tree brand tonic :
