I left two personal items in the room, a pair of socks and a hand fan I had purchased as a gift. Shortly after leaving, I realized they were missing. As housekeeping had already serviced the room, I contacted the hotel immediately. The response I received was that nothing had been found and that no compensation would be offered. While I understand that items can sometimes be misplaced, I found the handling of the situation lacking. There was no real attempt to investigate further or take responsibility, despite the fact that the room was under staff control after my departure. What was most frustrating was not the value of the items, but the complete dismissal of the issue and lack of customer care. I hope the hotel improves how it handles situations like this in the future, as it leaves a negative impression despite an otherwise decent stay.

Our flight was canceled on the day of departure, so we could not make it to Valencia and use our fully paid booking. This was completely unexpected. We contacted the hotel immediately, hoping for at least a partial refund or a date change. Unfortunately, they canceled the reservation and refused to return any money. Customer support was unhelpful and showed no willingness to accommodate our situation. We expected some flexibility in such unforeseen circumstances, but instead we faced a complete lack of customer care. We cannot recommend this hotel.
