This restaurant has a terrible facility. The room was dirty and in poor condition. The hospitality was appalling. The bed linen was stained and the room and bathroom were unclean. When I complained about the dirty bathroom, the owner dismissively mentioned that the ants were to blame and that someone would clean the room the next morning. For the price concious traveller, very near entrance Ballena park
One of my worst hotel experiences, for sure. The rooms were extremely dirty with dead bugs on the beds, brown water coming from the shower tap, and remnants of the former renter's bath still in the rooms. Adding to the filth, the rodent infestation in the walls was disturbing, with loud noises and fighting between the rodents keeping us up all night. The owner brushed off the issue by claiming they were bats, not mice. I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1 because the owners were somewhat accommodating and tried to cater to our food restrictions, although it took them an hour to prepare our meals and the portions were less than advertised. The dining room also had a strong smell of urine, possibly from a previous dog party that took place there. We decided not to stay for our second paid day and booked another room elsewhere. I suggest the owners take more pride in their business and consider addressing the rodent issue along with the unpleasant odor in the dining area.

I would recommend avoiding this place as it falls far short of even budget accommodations like Super 8.
