I get updates on the app about the stage of my order, around 20:20 the order ‘will arrive shortly’. After the order still hasn’t arrived at 21:00 I decide to call — the restaurant is closed. I contact Thuisbezorgd and suddenly my order is cancelled and I have my money back. No indication of this AT ALL in the app before this.
