The place is beautiful and the environment. If you are French they treat you better than if you are Spanish. Very slow... I had to go around asking for everything because they didn't come. I ate lamb al chilindrón. But it was actually the lamb brisket. Inedible a lot of fat. They have never brought me skirt of lamb in the chilindrón. I do not recommend it and I will not return
The stunning and tasty gastronomy of the valley of baztan is very well represented in this charming restaurant located in the heart of the beautiful village of urdax. faithful to the typical cuisine of the valley, in autumn and in winter the hunt is protagonist, along with the potages, the meat and the lamb. the closeness of the sea makes good fish very common among the dishes. As for sweets, don’t miss the gaztanbera or cuajada, and the sweet “panchineta”, a dessert based on pastry cream, chopped almonds and pamphlets.
