After waiting for 20 days for my complaint to be resolved, I called the customer care number again. I spoke with a gentleman who knows his job, who like many other consultants promised to do a follow up and call me back; even though he did call himself but I'm happy to say I received a call from Nomonde at kwanobuhle KFC, who closed the complaint by knowing how to do her job. I spoke with a knowledgeable gentleman who, like many other representatives, assured me that he would follow up and get back to me. Although he did call me back himself, I am pleased to report that I eventually received a call from Nomonde at Kwanobuhle KFC. She successfully resolved my complaint, demonstrating her competence.
