The food at this restaurant was excellent, but unfortunately the service was lacking. We had to wait at the host station for a while before being greeted, and then it took over 5 minutes for our waitress to come to our table. We even considered leaving to go somewhere else. Grabbed a southwest salad for lunchEverything was fresh; however, the lack of any salad dressing made it pretty unremarkable.
This has been my favorite place in Tyler since I was a little girlThis is where we go when we come home to visit.
Server was incredibly rude. I never asked if we need to refill drinks. I never asked if the food was okay. Ordered a medium-rare prime rib. It came out medium good. My husband's middle rib was much rarer than mine. Just an overall bad experience.
