Warum der Gault Millau nur 13 Punkte vergeben hat, ist unverständlich. Da muss es einen ordentlichen Nachschlag geben. Wir werden jedenfalls noch öfters wiederkommen.

I should get out of there with my colleagues. we believe that we will eat 1 times for 200€ as 10 times for 20€. because the Anima is very central to us, we tried. I would simply call the environment modern. I was so positiw surprised by the detail in love and intelligence of selected components combined with the high level of craftsmanship in the menu that I can only say that was one of the best menus I ever had. You should think with a Michaelstern that is clear, but this menu can be served just as well in every two star restaurant! what is done here with the little sympathetic team that you don't get to appreciate high enough! in a big city the Anima would be booked for months! Go on!

I strongly recommend drinks, as this restaurant can offer a wonderful selection of alcohol-free drinks in addition to the usual expectations. the coming corridors were visually a highlight, as we were rarely allowed to experience it, tastefully an explosion, from a lack of detail in the presentation, in the composition and combination of different taste directions, so they hardly dare to destroy it a word ingenious. I'm looking forward to the next visit.
