Instead, abou... read more The only hiccup in my experience was the ordering process. I expected the barista to start my drink after I ordered and call me when it was ready. Instead, about five minutes later, she shyly asked me to pay before even starting my drink, which added to the wait time. It felt a bit strange, as I’ve never encountered that in such a laid-back setting before. It might be better if payment were collected before stepping away from the counter, or ideally, if the drink were made first and I could pay when it was ready. Despite this slight confusion, I would definitely return to this cozy coffee shop.
