This location used to be my least favorite, but that has changed recently thanks to a fantastic employee named Gabe. Whenever he’s on shift, everything runs smoothly and quickly. He is always where he's needed, so there’s never a slowdown. I really admire his work ethic, and he truly deserves a raise! Kudos to you, sir! View all feedback.
What Marta Shields doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
I ordered a bowl through the Chipotle app, and while the process was simple, I noticed something was off as soon as I picked it up. Why do they give me half the portion when I order online? I feel sorry for the restaurant since they appear to be regularly short-staffed, which is why I rated it 2 stars. I wanted to leave a review in hopes that they address this issue. View all feedback.
They give so small portions even my 10 year old remains hungry with a full burrito bowl. that's my last time in this one. in general I am so impressed by chipotle. but now I will try to avoid.
Employees were arguing with each other over a big order, which made it uncomfortable. LITERALLY VERBALLY ATTACKING EACH OTHER. Let me just say customer service was non-existent at this Chipotle. Guy who made our food was wearing sunglasses and an old durag. Is there really a need for sunglasses inside? My guess is this place is the reason why my stomach was upset for 2 days. Won't be eating here again
Terrible service. Ordered 6 meals via website. On the kids ' meals, we ordered regular chicken and were given the spicy version, which they could not eat. The adult taco meal had 3 soft tortillas when we ordered crispy. The salsa given for those was not what we ordered. The salad with carnitas had almost no lettuce, and the pork was sparse and VERY fatty. We ordered and prepaid for chips and guacamole, and did not get them. When we called back a gruff male voice said: We don 't got no chips! We asked why they charged us anyway and he replied: We don 't got no control over that! with no apology or offer of a refund. We will NEVER return to this location EVER again!
Live close to this location and have gone here now about 8 times total. I give them 5 stars for being on time with pickup orders. I've not had to wait long, and they've always had my orders ready on time. Why only 2 stars? I order the same thing for our family each time and 2 of our items have Fajita Veggies. Out of the 8 times, we've gone, we've only received veggies 2 times. The other times, they just omit altogether, don't let you know, and you basically get chicken, rice and beans. This is one of the main ingredients! I can see missing once by accident, and twice because of supply chain issues. Miss pretty much every time? That's purely poor planning and bad business. What restaurant doesn't substitute, figure it out, or keep running out of key ingredients? Can't recommend this location.
This restaurant serves food that is designed to be forced into your mouth either in handheld form or loaded in with a utensil. This is how they intend for you to eat so therefore this is how they serve you the food. Taste and presentation are mere afterthoughts. Take some pride in what you are making and actually listen to the customer when they ask for something, or nothing. Imagine you are the one trying to eat the hulking monstrosity of a burrito that you served. And then ask how can I improve on this process. After you have taken sufficient time in quiet contemplation, let me know and I might return. Until then, I will find sustenance elsewhere.That is all.
