With over 1300 reviews and a 4.7 rating? Clearly, the people in Averill Park are not familiar with good pizza. This restaurant's pizza is barely a step above Cumberland Farms and Stewarts. It's not even close to the level of Chuck E Cheese, despite resembling a children's party with a ball pit. As an Italian who grew up in Rotterdam, where there are plenty of great pizza places, I can confidently say that this so-called 'pizza' place is truly awful. It was burnt to a crisp yet somehow still soggy, with tasteless crust and pepperoni. Even frozen pizza is better than this. On a positive note, the takeout service was efficient and the scenery was pleasant. I cannot fathom how this place received a 4.7 rating. Did 1300 people really love the view that much? This 'pizza' easily ranks as one of the top three worst pizzas I've ever eaten. If I could give negative stars, I would. Consider yourself warned.

My first time at the establishment and the owner came to our table introduced himself and was very engaging with pleasantries. I wish it was a bit closer to my house ????. Place wasclean and well maintained. You may have to park down the road and walk a small bit if busy.
