Only hic met, the main dish came almost cold MAIS the problem was quickly solved, more with the smile. Anyway, we've been enjoying ourselves. Thanks to the whole team.

Ample parking along the river but this was a drizzly Saturday afternoon in January, not sure if we would be this lucky in summer. There was a plat du jour for 10.50€ but they had ran out, and the waiter proposed a replacement of magnet de canard (duck instead, which we all opted for. Very patient and kind waiter as we took time to decide. Also available, salad with ravioles and lardons, salad with jam on cri and chèvre chaude and a couple more main dishes (gratin des ravioles and something else, simple brasserie fare . Wine around 3.50-6.50 a glass, not many tables and we had a small one tightly nested against one side but it was good enough, warm indoors in January, good glass of wine and main dish, duck cooked just right still pink inside as it should be, no dessert (after all the chocolates we ate at Valrhona's! , coffee. When paying we did realize they charged 12.50 for the plat du jour (16.50 normally for a magret dish, I would say a la carte you'll probably get a bigger portion of the duck, but the servings were quite generous anyway. We did arrive quite late but it would have been nicer if he had asked us about the increased charge for theduck, but it was fair enough and we didn't see the need to say anything (we were all speaking English, but actually one of us was French, one had lived in France for over fifteen years and the other for over five years, only one was a real tourist! Would definitely come back again.
